Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of the package, including the packing materials used to ship your items.   Shipping charges are also calculated on destination and the method of shipment used.    The value of the contents in the package have nothing to do with shipping rates.

We ship worldwide via the United States Postal System.  We find them to be the most cost effective method available.  We have been shipping with the USPS for 5 years now and are quite happy.

Brazil and Italy, take note, your items will only be shipped via Express Mail, no exceptions

All customers within the United States will be emailed a delivery confirmation number as soon as your order is shipped.  This will help you track your order via the USPS website.  All international customers will be emailed their customs label number when their order is shipped.

Please note, there is no tracking on international orders.  We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.  We have been shipping worldwide for many years now and are very confident with the USPS.  In the unlikely event your package does not arrive within 60 days please let contact us at stopshopandscrap@hotmail.com

All orders within the USA $75.00 and over will ship for free via standard delivery.  If you request a faster shipment, there will be a charge.

All orders shipping to Canada and Mexico that are $150.00 and over will ship for free.

All other countries, with the exception of Brazil and Italy, all orders $300.00 and over will ship for free.

We will insure larger orders and signature confirmation may be required on very large orders.

Order Processing

We ship orders within 2-4 business days of receiving cleared payment.

We are happy to rush any order if possible.  Please contact us before placing your order to confirm your order can make a rush shipment.  We will do everything possible to help

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days to return the items to us for a refund.   You, the customer, are fully responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.  You must contact us first for a return authorization number.  You are then responsible to pack the item so it arrives back to us safely.  The item must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped.  Unused, unopened and undamaged.

If you receive an item that was an unforeseen manufacturers defect, we will also refund the shipping back to us.  We will also work with you and the manufacturer to issue a replacement item.

If there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.

Out of Stock Items

On occasion there may be an item out of stock.  We do not issue backorders.  If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will issue an immediate refund for that item.
