Q: Can I get custom pages on my web store like the home page or the help pages on this site?
A: Yes you can. Sometimes these pages are available as stock choices available at no extra charge and sometimes they are custom creations which cost extra. You will need to contact the site owners with your specific needs in order for them to issue a quote.
Q: Can I add any plug-in I want to my MSMOsites web store?
A: Adding plug-ins must be handled by the site owners. Some plug-ins are known to have functional issues and we don’t allow them. However, most plug-ins are just fine and can be added. Let us know what you need and we’ll look into it.
Q: I need a feature I don’t see listed anywhere. Does a MSMOsite website support more features that aren’t listed?
A: Yes. MSMOsites blogs, websites, and web stores are built on the powerful WordPress website engine. There are thousands of theme designs, plug-in modules and widgets available, most of which can be used with our MSMOsites packages.
Q: How can I add more than one picture to my listings in the shopping cart?
A: If you are using the WP e-Commerce shopping cart (most of our sellers are) then you have discovered the standard version only supports a single image in cart itself. There is an easy way, however, to add additional pictures. Just enter them into the desciption area (especially the extended description) using HTML. You can use images hosted elsewhere or upload them to your site using the Media section of the Dashboard.
